    Yes from Australia to UK (1-on-1 coaching calls limited spots).
  • Can I sign up now and begin later?
    Please sign up once you are ready to begin. Unfortunately we cannot hold a spot for you as the demand for coaching is high and Alex only has limited spots and time.
  • Do you provide meal plans?
    Alex’s Holistic Nutrition approach follows flexible dieting with a focus on macronutrient targets. He starts with what you currently eat and works towards your goals by eating healthier, step-by-step to ensure you are able to maintain these habits for the long term.
  • How do I check in with Alex?
    You will check in with Alex during your Online Consult 1-on-1 calls which are schedules every regularly based on your package/subscription. Alex will determine if these calls need to be scheduled more or less frequently, depending on your specific needs. You can also submit videos of your exercises to Alex for feedback on your form and technique.
  • What are available payment options?
    Please visit the services page to see all the payment options available.
  • What is the minimum commitment?
    Minimum commitment is 12 weeks. However, for maximum results, Alex encourages you to commit for a minimum of 6 months to optimise your physique.
  • Can I pause coaching?
    If extenuating circumstances arise you may contact Alex to pause your coaching with 1-weeks notice required in writing. We understand that things happen but we strongly encourage you to plan your coaching to be an uninterrupted 12 or 24 week term.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    There are no refunds within the minimum term of 12 weeks after subscribing, however, we're always here to help so reach out to Alex and he'll work with you to try and achieve some arrangement.

  • Is this coaching right for me and my goals?
    Alex offers 1-on-1 online fitness coaching for men and women worldwide, including general population and lifestyle clients, and personal trainers. We can help you with your goals of fat loss, muscle gain, reverse dieting, physique improvement, contest preparation, or just improving your health and fitness.
  • Do I need a membership & what equipment is required?
    To provide you with the best possible results, you need a gym membership or access to a well-equipped home gym that includes a squat rack of some kind, barbell, weight plates, a variety of dumbbells, an adjustable bench, and resistance bands. If not sure feel free to reach out.
  • Can I join if I’m ill/injured/have medical conditions?
    We can work with some injuries. However, in some instances Alex may not be able to accept you as a client until you are fully recovered and have your doctors clearance to perform physical activity and follow his nutritional protocols. Any Nutritional advice given by Alex are focused on enhancing your body aesthetics, mood and general well-being, and not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
