Please sign up once you are ready to begin. Unfortunately we cannot hold a spot for you as the demand for coaching is high and Alex only has limited spots and time.
Alex’s Holistic Nutrition approach follows flexible dieting with a focus on macronutrient targets. He starts with what you currently eat and works towards your goals by eating healthier, step-by-step to ensure you are able to maintain these habits for the long term.
You will check in with Alex during your Online Consult 1-on-1 calls which are schedules every regularly based on your package/subscription. Alex will determine if these calls need to be scheduled more or less frequently, depending on your specific needs. You can also submit videos of your exercises to Alex for feedback on your form and technique.

Minimum commitment is 12 weeks. However, for maximum results, Alex encourages you to commit for a minimum of 6 months to optimise your physique.
If extenuating circumstances arise you may contact Alex to pause your coaching with 1-weeks notice required in writing. We understand that things happen but we strongly encourage you to plan your coaching to be an uninterrupted 12 or 24 week term.
There are no refunds within the minimum term of 12 weeks after subscribing, however, we're always here to help so reach out to Alex and he'll work with you to try and achieve some arrangement.
